General:♡ I will draw your character only if you provide a clear digital reference sheet.
♡ My turnaround time ranges from 1 week - 3 months.
(Please let me know if you have a certain date that you want art completed by.)
♡ I have the right to refuse any commission that I don't want to do.
♡ I retain all copyrights over my work, which include the right to distribute, reproduce, copy, and/or use the art piece as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
♡ I have the right to adjust prices when I feel like the value of my art has gone up.
♡ Any artwork purchased can only be used for personal use.
♡ My artwork cannot be used for NFTs or AI.
♡ I have the right to use the money I make from commissions before I complete them, as it feeds and medicates my special needs kitty and pays for my diabetes medication.
♡ Any artwork commissioned from me should be saved and backed up, I cannot guarantee that I will still have the files if time passes by.Prices, Payments & Refunds:♡ I offer 100% refunds if I am not able to do your piece or continue with it.
♡ I accept PayPal and CashApp. I am also open to new methods of payment if a customer requires it.
♡ 100% Payment is to be made upfront, I don't do any work for free.
♡ If you force a chargeback after I have completed and delivered your piece, I shall:
1. Create a beware on your user(s) and make sure other artists know about it.
2. Strip you of any rights to the art piece that you received. You will not be allowed to use it in any way, shape, or form and it will be turned into a YCH, or personal art for myself.
3. Blacklist you from ever commissioning me again.Payment Plans TOS:
By choosing a payment plan with I, Nymii, the artist, you agree and understand that the terms are as follows:♡ Payment plans on adopts or YCHs must be made on time. You, as the customer who decided to take on payments, understand and agree that it is your sole responsibility to make sure that you have the funds to pay in a timely manner.♡ Incomplete payments with a plan, made on an adopt or YCH are not refundable if said buyer should decide that they no longer want the piece after agreeing to a payment plan.♡ I, the artist, am not a savings account that you can pull from whenever you are having financial issues. By agreeing to a payment plan, you agree that you can financially support this decision and also agree to the terms above without hassle, fuss, or issue.♡ If you, the customer, decide to charge back after agreeing to my payment plan terms you will be blacklisted from my adopts, characters, YCHs, and commissions. I will also post a beware to warn others of your violation and/or lack of respect for the artist’s TOS.Normal Adoptables TOS:
(“Normal” regarding adopts that are not canon offspring of any of my OCs.)♡ There are no refunds on adopts.
♡ You must pay within the week or by the date you promised to pay or the adopt will go back up for sale.
♡ You may resell my adopts that you purchase, for any price that you wish.
♡ You can change the species, design, gender, etc. on any adopt.
♡ You may use the adopt for whatever you wish. Once you buy it, it is yours and I no longer have any say or hold over said design.Canon Offspring Adoptable TOS:

first!Collaboration Adopts:♡ I work at a quick pace (1 month cap) while doing collabs, therefore if it takes too long on your end, I will cancel the collab.♡ If you do not have a TOS for collabs or adopts, the rules will default to mine.♡ If you have blacklisted one of my close friends and say that I cannot sell to them, then a collab will not take place.♡ I receive credit for my part in the collab.♡ Funds for the adopts that are sold will be split 50/50.♡ Anyone participating in a collab with me shall also adhere to my TOS and respect my blacklist.♡ Discussion about blacklists and who cannot receive a collaboration adopt should be discussed before agreeing to work together. It will be your responsibility to provide me with an up to date blacklist beforehand. I will save the BL and BL discussion, along with the date it was discussed, in case of any future complications. If the person isn't on the blacklist that was shown to me prior and I sell to them without knowledge of their BL, I will NOT be giving a refund or revoking the adopt in question.Free Art, Gifts & Art Trades:♡ Free or gift art is for good friends.
